Our course content is designed for general educational purposes and to provide information that may be beneficial for a wide audience. While we draw from material we believe to be reliable, valid, and grounded in relevant research, the responsibility lies with the participant to assess how the information applies to their own unique circumstances.

This course is not intended to replace professional advice from a qualified mental health practitioner. Participants should seek personalized support from a licensed provider who can offer guidance based on their specific situation and needs.

For those already in therapy or seeking supplemental support, you are welcome to reach out for coaching services. While coaching can be a valuable tool, it is distinct from therapy. Coaching focuses on goal setting, personal growth, and practical strategies, whereas therapy addresses deeper psychological issues and is guided by a licensed professional.
